How do you treat our client/user data once we start a project with you? Also, what are your rights on the website or app you develop for us?

As a general practice, we sign a non-disclosure agreement with you. The client is the owner of all Website/Mobile App codebase that we write for them. Gurga Consulting LLC has no rights on the code/data collected. In any project, all customer-provided credentials, access, and accounts are used. The client will invite the developer to their developer account for all project activities. Post-delivery, the client can remove access to the developer.
